In collaboration with the drag queen and environmentalist Pattie Gonia, Red Dawn overhauled a Google Sheet-based database to implement an interactive website for job seekers and organizations posting jobs. This website uses custom-built Airtable-based data infrastructure to manage users, organizations/companies, and job postings.

It is currently in use by over 2,500 job seekers and 900 different organizations.
